TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GIVEAWAY

•       The duration to qualify to receive the gift voucher will be from October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022

•       The final date for receiving all complete documentation is January 31, 2022  

•       The gift voucher is only available to customers whose premium frequency is annual or bi-annual (on My Savings Plus and My EduSave) and single premium frequency on my Smart Save and are on direct debit mandate for subsequent payment at point of sale (where applicable).

•       After a 45 days review period from the date of business capture, customers who qualify will receive the gift voucher.

•       The gift voucher will be given out based on the value of one month’s premium on My Savings Plus capped at a maximum of N500,000; while My Edu Save is between N250,000 to N500,000 depending on the chosen premium and frequency of Payment options.

•       The gift voucher on My Smart Save is only available to customers whose premium frequency is Single. The Sum Assured shall not be less than N2,000,000. The gift voucher is between N50,000 to N3,500,000 depending on the selected Sum Assured of the policy.

•       The promo on My Savings Plus and My Edu Save products is only available to customers that purchase a Bi-annual or an Annual frequency payment, assuming the payment frequency once chosen is maintained or improved (e.g., Bi-annual to Annual is allowed, annual to Bi-annual is not allowed). Note that only single premium is allowed to qualify for My Smart Save.

•       My Savings Plus comes with a loyalty bonus, but for those who maintain their policies till the 6^th year tenor, they will also qualify for an additional bonus. (Applicable to My Savings Plus Only)

o  Bi-annual – additional loyalty bonus – 1.5%

o  Annual – additional loyalty bonus – 3%

o  Single – additional loyalty bonus – 5%

•      The voucher value has been capped to a maximum of ₦500,000 and a minimum of ₦5,000 regardless of premium size. This rule excludes My Smart Save.

•       The minimum premium required to qualify for the promo on My Edu Save Annual payment frequency is N5,000,000 and N20,000,000 on the bi-annual payment frequency

•       There shall be no cancellation/ termination of policy within 12 months of policy inception after the 45-day review period.

•       The loyalty reward will be given based on customer’s policy term of either 3 yrs. or 6 yrs. upon purchase of the policy (where applicable – My Savings Plus only).

•       Those who make a change in payment frequency (i.e., from annual to Bi-annual/quarterly / monthly) or stop making premium payments will no longer qualify for the additional bonus.

•       Surrender and early withdrawals on policies (only after three years) are subject to the same charges as on the regular product policy and will not attract a clawback of the loyalty reward value.
